Returns & Exchanges
MORE THAN A MASK offers returns on all full price merchandise for U.S. customers within 2 weeks of the delivery date.
Please ensure any items that you are returning are unworn and unwashed with tags still attached. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return requirements. Masks are non-returnable.
To initiate a return, please email: firstname.lastname@example.org.
You will be able to specify what item(s) you are returning, and you will be given an RN# for return and a complimentary FedEx return shipping label via email. Once printed please attach and send back via FedEx.
Once your return is delivered, please allow 4-5 business days for us to inspect and process the return. Once your return is processed, you will receive an email notification confirming your refund. Please allow 4-5 business days for the refund to show on your original form of payment.
You will have 2 weeks from the date you received the items to request a return.
We offer exchanges only on different colors or sizes on the original style(s) purchased. Please email email@example.com for processing exchanges. There is no return shipping on exchanges.

All items marked "final sale" may not be returned or exchanged.
